CX2 and Neros Announce Strategic Partnership to Accelerate Integrated Counter-UAS Capabilities

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

EL SEGUNDO, Calif., March 2, 2026 — CX2 and Neros today announced a strategic partnership focused on accelerating the development, integration, and deployment of next-generation counter-uncrewed aerial systems (C-UAS) capabilities for U.S. and allied operators.

The partnership brings together Neros’ Archer platform with CX2’s Vadris RF-seeking payload, enabling a tightly integrated, modular solution designed for speed, cost-efficiency, adaptability, and operational effectiveness. Together, the companies will align product roadmaps, fielding timelines, and go-to-market efforts to deliver integrated C-UAS capabilities that address urgent, real-world operational needs.

“CX2 designs and builds technology that leverages the RF spectrum to help the United States and its allies find, fix, and finish emerging threats,” said Scott Zolendziewski, Head of Growth at CX2. “Neros is an extraordinary partner, and together we’re excited to accelerate delivery of an integrated capability that brings a real operational advantage to today's battlefield.”

“The Neros Archer's modular architecture was designed for exactly this: rapid integration of mission-critical payloads. This partnership with CX2 proves that approach works, and it’s allowing us to provide new capabilities at the speed the American warfighter needs.” said Ross Pedersen, Head of Growth, Neros.

What the Partnership Delivers

The CX2–Neros strategic partnership delivers a field-ready, integrated counter-uncrewed aerial systems (C-UAS) capability by combining Neros’ proven Archer FPV platform with CX2’s Vadris RF-seeking payload to increase use-case flexibility and operator utility in contested environments.

Integrated Archer + Vadris Configuration

Archer is a high-performance, Blue UAS certified, FPV drone capable of carrying modular payloads. Vadris is an attritable, low-cost RF-seeking payload that enables operators to detect, track, and orient toward RF emission sources.

Together, the products create a platform-payload combination that minimizes the integration burden and accelerates evaluation and deployment in real operational workflows.

RF Awareness on Deployed Platforms

By integrating the Vadris RF payload directly onto a mission-configured Archer FPV platform, operators can gain RF awareness during UAS missions without needing separate signal analysis infrastructure.

Modular, Scalable Integration Approach

The Archer and Vadris platforms are engineered for modularity and flexibility, supporting a range of mission kits and sensors without bespoke engineering for each integration. Their modular architecture allows for repeatable, scalable application of combined capabilities across multiple units and use cases, reducing integration cycles throughout procurement and fielding.

Aligned Support and Acquisition Pathways

The partnership aligns delivery planning and support considerations for combined configurations, helping streamline acquisition, evaluation, and sustainment for government and allied operators. This reduces friction when adopting integrated solutions, supporting both individual service experimentation and broader defense supply chain engagements.
